If your artwork has a solid background that our DIY DesignLab tool is unable to remove, please just notate that you would like the background removed in the order notes during checkout. A trained artist will remove it free of charge and send it to you for approval before it proceeds to production.

We require the customer to approve a secondary email containing the artwork and a mockup of the ordered items, before we can proceed with production. Within 72 hours of order submission you will receive an art approval email. This email will contain notes of any artist modifications to your original art if necessary. We ask that you look over this email as soon as possible. You can then either approve the art as is, or reject it and request more changes.

A delay an art approval may also cause a delay in your orders production timeline.

We will attempt to reach out to you via email and phone for up to 1 week after we have sent out the art approval email. If no response is received after 30 days, your order will be printed and completed as is.

If you would like to make a change to your order and it has not been produced yet, you may still be able to make changes to it. Please reach out to Support@MacroMerch.com to see if this is still possible.
